We have always loved dancing for some reason. It is a beautiful form of art. There is something special about watching people move their bodies to the sounds of music that can’t be found in anything else.
The 12 girls below prove it for sure.
We were amazed by their whole show, which is why we had to tell you about it. We think that everyone should see it.
The girls from the Whangarei Academy of Dance stood on stage in white satin dresses and a glittery ribbon on their heads.
When the music started, we couldn’t leave. Everything, from their beautiful clothes to their strange song, fit together in a magical way. Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” which they dance to, is one of the most beautiful songs ever written. This makes the show even better.
The dance school said that the girls had been practicing for months before their show.
The New Zealand school says that it cares about its students’ happiness and their love of dance. It also says that it tries to avoid the typical competitive atmosphere that other dance schools have.
“We focus on dancing and helping kids grow and learn. Our school is their family, and everyone is encouraged to follow their dreams and interests. The school’s website says, “We teach our classes to build skills like coordination, fitness, rhythm, musical sense, self-expression, and commitment and teamwork.”
We think that these girls’ show shows how to do this. They all look like they’re having a great time, which is what makes the dance so special.
