She rolled down her car window to speak with the man, offering him a bag of essential items. Not stopping there, the 13 Going on 30 star even tried to give the man her own shoes. When it became clear they didn’t fit, Garner approached a nearby paparazzo who had been following her and asked if he could help. “What size feet do you have?” she inquired. “Can I buy your shoes for him? He needs a shoe.”
The photographer, realizing the man needed a size 10.5, offered his own size 11 shoes without accepting any payment from Garner.
