Linda Kozlowski gained international fame for her role as Sue Charlton in Crocodile Dundee, where she starred alongside Paul Hogan. The film was a major turning point in her career, grossing over $320 million worldwide.
Despite this success, Kozlowski gradually stepped away from the spotlight after the Crocodile Dundee series and a few other acting roles, feeling Hollywood wasn’t offering her the roles she desired.
Born in 1958 in Fairfield, Connecticut, Kozlowski pursued acting at the Juilliard School and initially appeared in off-Broadway productions.
Her big break came with Crocodile Dundee, thanks to a recommendation from her mentor, Dustin Hoffman. However, after the third Crocodile Dundee film, she chose to retire from acting, turning down roles that she felt typecast her.
Kozlowski married Paul Hogan in 1990, and they had a son, Chance, in 1998, before divorcing in 2014. After their split, Kozlowski moved in a new direction.
She relocated to Morocco, where she partnered with Moulay Hafid Baba to start a luxury travel business called Dream My Destiny, offering custom travel experiences in Marrakech.
At 63, Kozlowski is happily immersed in her life in Morocco, focusing on real-life adventures rather than acting. Her transition away from Hollywood to a travel entrepreneur highlights her adaptability and her desire to explore new opportunities beyond the silver screen.
