At 64, Jamie Lee Curtis was spotted with a fresh long bob hairstyle. When you reach the level of fame that Curtis has, it’s easy to imagine that public opinion about your appearance or style becomes less relevant.

After all, Curtis has experienced nearly everything in the entertainment industry. With a career spanning decades, she’s built a loyal fan base that’s always eager to follow her latest moves.

This may explain why the 65-year-old garnered attention after transitioning from her iconic gray pixie cut to a longer hairstyle earlier this summer. Reports indicate that the Halloween star was seen on the set of Freakier Friday, the sequel to the popular 2000s film in which she starred alongside Lindsay Lohan.

Stepping out of her trailer during a break in filming, Curtis revealed her new look, featuring longer gray locks. She will reprise her role as Tess Coleman in Freakier Friday, set to release in 2025.

In an interview last year, Curtis expressed that a sequel to the original Freaky Friday was long overdue. “As I traveled the world with Halloween Ends, people kept asking about another Freaky Friday… So, when I returned, I called my friends at Disney and said, ‘It feels like there’s a movie to be made,’” she explained.

The first film, loved by audiences worldwide, followed a mother and daughter who switch bodies. While the plot of the sequel hasn’t been officially confirmed, it’s safe to assume it will deliver plenty of laughs.
