Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner continue to prioritize family time this Christmas season. On Saturday, December 7, the former couple, both 52, were spotted spending their morning together in Los Angeles. After Garner picked up fresh bagels, the pair enjoyed breakfast and a drive around Brentwood before heading to Affleck’s private residence.

The ex-spouses share three children—Violet, 19, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12. Garner, currently in a relationship with businessman John Miller, plans to spend the remainder of the holidays with Affleck and their children. A source told People that the family recently celebrated Thanksgiving together and intends to share Christmas as well. “Jen’s main goal is her children’s happiness,” the insider revealed. “She makes sure they spend time together as a family and that Ben is involved.”

The family-oriented pair also participated in The Midnight Mission’s annual Thanksgiving Street Fair, distributing meals to those in need alongside their children. A source noted that they “truly enjoy giving back to their community and spending quality time as a family.”

In a recent interview with People, Garner opened up about her family’s holiday traditions, including cooking together for Thanksgiving. Each child contributes to the meal—one specializes in mashed potatoes, another in apple pie, and the youngest experiments with new creations. She shared a sweet anecdote about her son Samuel, who recently filled their home with Christmas music while baking ginger snaps in an apron. “It’s that kind of spirit that I love seeing in our home,” she said.

The family also plans to uphold their tradition of attending a ballet performance of The Nutcracker, a cherished Christmas ritual. “It’s a huge part of the holiday for me and my kids,” Garner shared. “Just being together with family makes it special.”

Since Affleck’s recent divorce from Jennifer Lopez, the actor and Garner have been seen spending time together on several occasions, reinforcing their commitment to co-parenting and creating meaningful family memories.
