Take, for instance, the heroic intervention of coach Vitaly, who prevented what could have been a devastating accident for 11-year-old gymnast Cadence. While performing a challenging acrobatic move on the bar, Cadence lost her grip and was moments away from a serious neck injury.
Vitaly’s lightning-fast reaction turned him into a real-life superhero. In an extraordinary display of skill and awareness, he flipped and caught Cadence mid-air, ensuring her safe landing.
