This student choir from Frensham Heights School in Surrey, England, recently wowed audiences with a stunning rendition of Queen’s iconic “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
The choir, founded in 1964 by music teacher Michael Howard, specializes in Renaissance and early Baroque music, focusing on madrigals. Comprising 20 to 25 talented students, the group is celebrated for their refined performances and distinctive repertoire.
At a recent school festival, singers Charlotte Nicholls and Katie Lee led the group in a breathtaking interpretation of Queen’s masterpiece. Their harmonious vocals and innovative arrangement brought new life to the song, showcasing why the Frensham Madrigals have earned accolades at numerous competitions.
