On Monday, June 13, Treat Williams’ agent, Barry McPherson, confirmed that the 71-year-old actor had passed away following an accident.
John Travolta was one of the first to pay tribute to the late actor, recalling their time together on Broadway in the musicals Grease and Over Here.
“Treat Williams and I got our start together in NYC appearing in two Broadway shows, Grease and Over Here,” Travolta shared. “Treat, I’m so sorry. I’m thinking of you and your family. We will miss you. Love, John.”
