Beatrix Von Bourbon, a contestant on Britain’s Got Talent, caused a stir during the semi-finals by continuing her provocative performance after previously shocking viewers with a striptease in the qualification round. The 27-year-old cultural studies graduate from Dorchester, Dorset, faced criticism from many viewers, who were displeased with her actions.
In early April, Beatrix earned attention for her daring performance, which featured a sizzling striptease. Advancing to the semi-finals, she once again used undressing as part of her act to captivate both the audience and judges.

For her semi-final routine, Beatrix wore a delicate feather dress. As she danced, she removed each piece of her attire one by one, leaving only her underwear, which startled many. She then returned backstage, removed her corset, and covered her breasts with her hands, while the other dancers made use of the feather wings she had worn earlier. The boldness of her performance sparked significant discussion both online and in media outlets.
The judges, however, praised her performance. Ahead of her semi-final act, Beatrix told The Daily Star, “I want the audience to remember my performance forever. I want people to remember every detail I contributed.”
In April, the UK media regulator, Ofcom, announced it would investigate Britain’s Got Talent organizers after receiving numerous complaints about Beatrix’s striptease. Many parents voiced concerns, calling the performance vulgar, inappropriate, and potentially harmful to the young viewers in the audience.
