A man had spent the entire day fishing on a frozen lake without a single catch. Frustrated, he packed up and began to head home. But just a short distance away, he spotted a young boy pulling fish out of the water one after another. Beside the boy were several buckets overflowing with fish.
Amazed, the man approached and said, “I’ve never had any luck fishing in this spot. What’s your secret?”
The boy paused, his mouth full, and replied, “Yer grutto keez ur ems orm.”
Confused, the man asked him to repeat it.
Again, the boy mumbled, “Yer grutto keez ur ems orm!”
Still not understanding, the man looked puzzled.
Finally, the boy spit something into his hand and said clearly, “You gotta keep your worms warm!”
