Linda Kozlowski rose to international fame after starring in Crocodile Dundee alongside Paul Hogan.
However, despite her initial success, Kozlowski chose to step away from Hollywood after the Dundee films and a handful of other appearances.
She hasn’t appeared in a production since 2001.
Born on January 7, 1958, in Fairfield, Connecticut, Kozlowski attended the prestigious Juilliard School’s theatrical department in New York.
Her acting career began with off-Broadway productions, followed by roles on Broadway and in television, notably co-starring with Dustin Hoffman in Death of a Salesman.
Her life changed dramatically when she auditioned for Crocodile Dundee, a role that earned her international recognition.
Despite the film’s success, Kozlowski felt overshadowed by its popularity. She eventually married her co-star Paul Hogan in 1990, and they had a son together named Chance.
After their divorce in 2014, Kozlowski expressed a desire to live life on her terms and stepped away from the spotlight.
She found love again with Moulay Hafid Baba, a native tour guide in Morocco. Together, they co-founded the luxury travel service Dream My Destiny in Marrakech.
Now 63 years old, Kozlowski has no plans to return to acting. She feels fulfilled living an adventurous life outside of Hollywood, focusing on her business and personal happiness.
Despite her absence from the screen, she remains forever connected to her iconic role as Sue Charlton in Crocodile Dundee.
