Hugh Laurie, the renowned actor, was recently seen taking a sunny stroll with his beloved dog, looking a bit more subdued than his usual energetic self.
For the debut of his new sitcom, “Why Didn’t They Ask Evans?”, Hugh opted for warm attire, donning a navy sweater, dark blue hat, black slacks, and sneakers.
At 62 years old, Hugh is celebrated for his roles in “Blackadder” and “House.” Currently, he is working on a murder mystery project based on Agatha Christie’s 1934 novel of the same title.

Emma Thompson and Jim Broadbent add depth to the ensemble as Lady Frances Marcham’s aristocratic parents.

Expressing his excitement about the project, Hugh shared his teenage admiration for the novel and its captivating mystery, a fascination that remains with him today.
“I feel incredibly fortunate to have been given the opportunity to craft and share another narrative centered around this remarkable group of individuals, a journey that I have come to deeply cherish. I was resolute in presenting myself in my finest attire and bringing my utmost effort to ensure that my contributions truly complemented the ensemble.”
