Actress and comedian Roseanne Barr made a major life change by moving to her macadamia nut farm in Hawaii, where she has embraced a healthier lifestyle and adopted a more plant-based diet. Along with her longtime partner, Johnny Argen, Barr has been enjoying the peacefulness of their 46-acre property.

In 2007, Barr purchased the 2,212-square-foot Hawaiian estate for $1.78 million, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the lush landscape. The home, featuring three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, has served as Barr’s tranquil retreat in her later years.

Barr takes great pleasure in bringing her granddaughters to the farm, where they can all enjoy the serene environment together. She once shared a heartwarming photo of herself with her granddaughters walking through a vast grassy field, capturing a tender moment between them.

While fans admired the sweet scene, they also noticed the stark difference between the iconic comedian she once was and the doting grandmother she has become.

Barr gave fans an unfiltered look into her life when she posted a photo of herself fast asleep amid a clutter of boxes, clothes, and a laptop. Instagram users had playful reactions, with one person captioning the photo, “Shop till you drop,” and another suggesting, “Fire your housekeeper!!!!”

One commenter responded, “No, she doesn’t need to fire her housekeeper. She’s the one making all the mess! It’s really sad to see her like this—so depressing! I know nobody’s perfect, but it’s hard to see her, a huge celebrity, in this state. Yes, everyone has bad days, but come on—you’re better than this!”

Another added, “Love Roseanne, but I thought I was looking at a homeless camp [illegal substance] addict who passed out.”

People can indeed be harsh at times! Despite the mixed reactions, it’s clear that Roseanne is still cherished for her humor and authenticity, whether she’s embracing farm life or sharing personal moments.
