The adventurer started singing the well-known song O Sole Mio in an effort to demonstrate his singing prowess. He intended to win over the Mother Land and the penguins.
But his strategies fell flat. He anticipated that the penguins would assemble to listen to his operatic singing, but the opposite happened. Simply put, they did not enjoy the opera and turned to go.
