When Thylane Blondeau walked the catwalk at a Jean Paul Gaultier show in 2005, she was only four years old.
As a result of her appearances in numerous magazines and fashion campaigns, she outperformed some of the top supermodels in the world in less than 2 years.
But her visage wouldn’t become well-known all around the world until a few years later.
As she graced the cover of Vogue Enfants at the age of seven, the young model was dubbed “the most beautiful girl in the world.”
Thylane is still a major player in the modeling industry a little over ten years later, and despite entering puberty, her attractiveness is captivating.
The French model recently participated in the trending 10-year challenge, which sent the internet into a complete frenzy.
Thylane shared a side-by-side photo of herself when she was six and one when she was 17 in 2019, just like everyone else who took part in the throwback photo challenge, and it received close to 500,000 likes.
She is obviously older, yet she still has the same gorgeous blue eyes and pout.
So basically, you were stunning before and nothing’s changed ten years later, said one supporter.
Another added, “You win this contest,” while others noted that she was “still the most gorgeous girl.”
Thylane, who is a professional model and whose parents are the soccer player Patrick Blondeau and actress Véronika Loubry, is said to be a very shy person.
She spoke candidly about how she feels about being called the most beautiful girl in a 2018 interview with L’Officiel.
She stated to the French magazine, “First of all: I do not consider myself the most beautiful girl in the world. People used to always tell me when I was younger. But I was unable to comprehend what they were saying. Because of who’s assertion? Who thinks I’m the most attractive person? I am powerless to use it in any way. I have no control over my appearance. I am what I am.
She represses her shy side when it comes to work, allowing her confidence to come through. She has a portfolio that rivals many of today’s best models, while not even being 18 yet.
The stunning teenager has strutted down the catwalk for prestigious fashion labels like Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, and Dolce & Gabbana. In 2017, she agreed to serve as a brand ambassador for L’Oreal Paris.
Thylane also tried her hand at acting, and in 2015’s Belle & Sebastian: The Adventure Continues, she got her first break.
The young model launched Heaven May, her very own clothing line, in 2018.
Though we can all agree that beauty is a matter of opinion and that it is inappropriate to single out one individual as the “most beautiful,” Thylane undoubtedly comes close.
