It was a typical weekend for a group of kids from Jackson Park, Missouri. The sun was out, so they went to their local park to splash around in the creek.

Their usual place was Jackson City Park, where kids would often play in Hubble Creek. But because of recent heavy rain, the creek water had risen above the bridge, making a dangerous current under it.

One of the boys noticed that a girl who had been playing in the water with the other four had unexpectedly disappeared.

The group realized the little girl had disappeared unexpectedly, according to Aiden Kyle. All of us were at the park. “We were all swimming, splashing, and enjoying ourselves when it was pouring and the water was higher, over the bridge. We were all wondering where the young girl went since she was there,” he added.

WAFB 9 News says that the current had pulled Kinsley Stuart under the bridge. Aiden said, “I saw her hand on the bridge part, so I jumped in and grabbed it.”

He knew he couldn’t save her on his own because the current was strong, so he called his friend Isaiah Randol for help.

Isiah said, “He was getting pulled in with her, so I jumped in, grabbed her hand, and pulled with him.” Then the other two boys dove in, and since the current was so powerful, it took four boys to bring the girl out.

Fortunately, everyone got it out of the water without any injuries, and Kinsley was taken to the hospital where she was examined and then released.

“Come eat with us for free, forever”
Kinsley’s parents were so happy and thankful that the boys saved their daughter.

“We really do want to thank the guys from Kennys. Our company is Kenny’s Burger Flipping. And we want you boys to know that you can always eat for free with us. “Because no amount of money can ever make up for what you did,” she told him.

It’s scary to think about what could have happened that day if these boys weren’t there. Please share this to honor their courage.
