People in San Pablo, California, are calling a police officer a hero after he helped save the life of an infant who was choking.
Officer Gilbert Troche and his family were driving home from a movie when they saw a woman parked on the side of the road. The woman looked upset, so they stopped to help her.
Officer Troche told KTVU, a local news station, that he saw a woman on the side of the road, outside of her car, holding her baby and looking very upset.
Officer Troche knew he had to act quickly when the mom gave him the baby.
