Christie Brinkley, who is 62, is the most beautiful woman alive. She said in an interview on her 60th birthday that she is now at the top of her life. This is a great example for people who like to complain that life is over.
She has three kids, and the last one was born when she was 44. She still gets paid to be a model.
She has been on the cover of more than 500 magazines during her time as a model. She also went through four divorces, wrote a best-selling book, acted in five movies and TV shows, and won many awards for her charity work (Christy is an activist for human and animal rights).
At 51, she signed a multi-year advertising contract with the cosmetics brand CoverGirl. At 57, she started her own cosmetics line. At 58, she posed for Haute Living and showed off her beautiful body. At 60, she posed in a swimsuit on the cover of People magazine. Christy has been a vegetarian since she was 13 years old, and she thinks that being a vegetarian is the main reason why she is so beautiful (a good example for those who foam at the mouth proves that vegetarianism is evil and the cause of disease, and yet all the most awesome women in the world do not eat meat: Uma Thurman, Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz, Natalie Portman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Liv Tyler, Stella McCartney – a vegetarian from birth, Madonna, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Kim Bassinger, Drew Barrymore, Brooke Shields, Demi Moore, Kate Winslet).
Now, about Christy. She says this about what she eats every day: “For breakfast, I have oatmeal or yogurt with berries and fruits. Most of the time, lunch is a salad with nuts and beans. Dinner is vegetables. Christy drinks cold coconut water or eats banana chips when she wants something sweet. But Brinkley has one small weakness: she sometimes gives herself pasta.
Christy works out her arms, legs, and abs for 10 minutes a day on her home gym. He does 100 push-ups as well. Aside from yoga, she also runs, does aerobics, dances, surfs, rafts, kayaks, skis, and cycles. She doesn’t think her great body is a gift from God, but rather the result of hard work.
Christie says she has never had plastic surgery, but in the future, she will. Even though it cost a lot of “beauty shots.”
Christy is 59 years old, and here she is with her daughter Sailor:
She is 61 years old in this picture. 5 result “People my age think that 60 is the new 30! Christie says, “We don’t change to fit the standards. Instead, we make the world we want to live in.” The result of this kind of thinking is clear!
