The boy and his family ended up living on the street, but the boy was smart, and in eight months he was able to make a big difference in the lives of his loved ones. He made a business that anyone can start from home. He did all of this when he was only eight years old.
Berenice Pacheco, an American from Los Angeles, lost her job in March 2020, like a lot of other people. TODAY Parents says that because of her bad luck, she and her three children were among the homeless.
The family of four had to live in a small barn where there wasn’t even a table for the kids to do their schoolwork. Berenice and the kids had to go to the bathroom in a restaurant next door because their living situation was so bad.
It broke my heart as a mother. I felt like I was letting my kids down. They were always happy when they went to the playground, but then it was closed. The woman said, “We got stuck in that shed.”
Aaron, Pacheco’s eight-year-old son, found it especially hard to deal with all the problems and missed his old life. Once, his mother joked that he should start his own business and use the money to buy sweets every now and then.
