Clint Eastwood’s long-time partner, Christina Sandera, has passed away. In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, the 94-year-old actor described Sandera, who was 61, as a “lovely, caring woman” and expressed that he will miss her deeply.
Sandera and Eastwood had been together since 2014, when she was a hostess at Eastwood’s Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. The couple made their public debut at the 2015 Academy Awards.
Before his relationship with Sandera, Eastwood was married to journalist Dina Ruiz from 1996 to 2014 and to model Maggie Johnson from 1953 until their divorce in 1984.
Eastwood has eight children, including daughter Morgan, 27, with Ruiz; son Kyle, 56, and daughter Alison, 52, with Johnson; and daughters Laurie, 69, and Kimber, 60, from earlier relationships.
