They became household names when they competed on the 2018 season of America’s Got Talent as ‘Us The Duo.’ They had met in 2011 while recording for a music video and became the best of friends which then led them to marriage and started performing as husband and wife.
Through their songs, they shared their talent, and love for each other and the contestants on the show and went all the way to the semi-finals because of their singing talent and song selection. Carissa fell pregnant during the show and audiences kept up with them following their own love story and family developments. Soon after the competition ended, they had a beautiful baby girl Xyla Rose who was born on October 8.
