Reilly’s journey with long hair began at the age of 9 when he decided to grow it out, inspired by football player Gareth Bale. Despite concerns from others, including his parents, Reilly remained committed to his choice, preferring the look of long hair.
It wasn’t until later after Reilly had grown attached to his lengthy locks, that he decided to trim them for the first time. Remarkably, he chose to donate the cut hair to a facility that creates wigs for children undergoing cancer treatment, a decision inspired by a TV show about sick kids.
This act of kindness deeply moved Reilly’s parents, who are immensely proud of his selfless gesture. It’s a testament to Reilly’s compassion and maturity, showcasing his willingness to make a difference in the lives of others, even at a young age.
