We’ve all made decisions we regret, but few are as striking as those of Ethan ‘ModBoy’ Bramble, a 24-year-old Australian with over 200 tattoos. While body art is common today, Ethan took his devotion to an extreme that most would not.

He started modifying his body at age 11 by stretching his ears, and over the years, he’s undergone various surgeries, including splitting his tongue and removing his belly button. However, his full-body tattoos are the most noticeable, and he estimates he’s spent around $60,000 AUD ($39,000 USD) on his appearance.

Recently, Ethan expressed regret for some of these decisions. In an interview with LadBibleTV’s No Filter series, he admitted, “I guess you could say I regret some tattoos… There’s a difference between regret and wanting to be perceived differently.”

Ethan explained that he’s particularly concerned about how his heavily tattooed face could impact his young daughter as she grows up. “The face is a big thing… It can lead to a lot of problems, which I probably wouldn’t want my daughter to have to deal with.”

To reverse some of the choices he made when younger, Ethan has been undergoing laser surgery to remove his face tattoos. He shared that after 12 months of treatments, his face is gradually becoming a “clearer canvas.” He hopes that this change will ease the anxiety he’s experienced, which he believes is partly linked to his appearance.

Though still content with how he looks, Ethan is now happy to see his face tattoos fading, setting the stage for a new chapter in his life.
