Following a fiery car crash last week, a Florida woman is relieved and grateful that she and her boyfriend are alive. Su Hninyi and Broward County firefighter Bryan Aparicio were involved in the accident on Interstate 95, where their condition is improving after escaping from a burning car.

The couple was traveling in an Uber when it collided with a fuel tanker truck in Delray Beach and burst into flames. Aparicio managed to break a window in the back seat and escape, but upon realizing Hninyi was still inside, he returned to rescue her, sustaining severe burns in the process.

Hninyi expressed her gratitude, stating that Aparicio saved her life and that their bond has deepened since the near-tragedy. Despite their injuries, they are both recovering at home.

The accident, which occurred at 1:15 p.m., involved five individuals and resulted in severe burns for Hninyi, Aparicio, and the Uber driver, Carlos Molina. Hninyi reflects on the ordeal, expressing relief that everyone survived.
