Such was the case with the Queen Anne-style farmhouse inherited by Audrey and Jack Newton. Nestled on 115 acres of rolling farmland, the nine-bedroom estate had belonged to their family for generations. Yet while they continued to work the land, the siblings barely touched the inside of the home.
